Seasons in Pantanal

Throughout the year, nature follows a perfect cycle:

  • Flood season (December to March): waters overflow, rivers expand, landscapes are flooded.

  • Dry season (July to October): animals concentrate on the riverbanks and sightings are even more frequent.

The wildlife is the main attraction: jaguars, macaws, deer, capybaras, caimans, anacondas, maned wolves, and hundreds of birds make the region a paradise for nature lovers.

The Pantanal is also home to traditional communities, regional culture, typical cuisine, and unique ways of life that make any visit memorable.
